Aynur Yılgör holds an MBA from Yıldız Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University.

She has also completed specialized programs in Human Resources Management at ITU, Payroll Management through Datassist, and Occupational Health & Safety, supported by continued professional development in HR technologies and administrative law.

Aynur has led critical HR and administrative functions spanning recruitment, payroll, employee relations, social benefits, Technopark compliance and government incentives.

She most recently served as HR and Payroll Director at Lifemote.

Before Lifemote, she held HR and administrative roles at AirTies Wireless Networks, contributing to recruitment, personnel documentation, ERP integration through INFOR and employee-data governance.

Her earlier technology-sector roles also gave her hands-on experience in software and hardware support.
