As the Regional Director of Supply Chain and Logistics at Omya, he successfully managed operations across Turkey, Russia, the Middle East, and the Balkans, overseeing an annual commercial volume of 50 million TRY and implementing MRP and S&OP systems across multiple countries.
He has deep expertise in logistics, production and material planning, ERP system integration, and cost optimization.
He also provides tailored consulting services to SMEs (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises), helping them improve operational performance, optimize costs, and build resilient supply chains.
